It's been so long since I've posted anything on here...can blogger cancel your blog if you don't post?!? The reason for the lack of posting is that there's really nothing going on in my life right now. I am still working night shift and that has been taking it's toll on me. That is a huge prayer request right now! There may be a day shift position coming soon but I'm not sure if I am next in line. If all of you could pray for that I would appreciate it!!
I've recently begun knitting again. I'm not very good but it helps pass the time at work. I started a scarf on March 2nd and almost finished! Yes, it's been that slow at work. One of my coworkers has promised to show me a new stich when I start my next scarf. I'll try to remember to post a picture of the scarf when I'm finished.
I'm also taking a Wilton Cake Decorating class with my friend Callie. We have our third class tomorrow night. We will be learning how to make roses and characters. My cake last week wasn't the prettiest but the taste got rave reviews at work! Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my cake before cutting into it. I will have to remember this week! Maybe if I get good enough, I'll open my own cake shop! :)

Are you excited that Laura & family will be coming home soon? I don't know if they have moved into the new house.
I'll pray for you to get the day shift. It must be difficult to stay awake all night when all is calm. I'm starting to crochet a lap robe for the church project. That should make my TV viewing time a little more productive.
